Scholarship Overview
The SISGP program, which replaces the former Swedish Institute Study Scholarships (SISS), aims to develop future global leaders who will contribute to the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The program supports positive and sustainable development in scholars’ home countries and regions.

Scholarship Benefits
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Monthly living allowance of SEK 12,000
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- One-time travel grant of SEK 10,000-15,000 (for scholars outside Sweden)
Note: The scholarship does not cover family member expenses or university application fees.

Eligibility Requirements
- Citizenship from an eligible country
- Application to eligible master’s programs
- Demonstrated work experience
- Leadership experience from employment or civil society engagement
- Liability to pay tuition fees to Swedish universities
- Successful admission to an eligible master’s program
